As heart disease remains the number 1 cause of death in the US...

And February being the month of "Love", I'd like to remind everyone the importance of heart health and supporting your heart chakra!

Heart Disease, Stroke and other Cardiovascular Diseases are the leading causes of death in the United States.

Often times these can be treated if found earlier enough through annual doctors check-ups as well as paying close attention to your bodies signals and knowing your own body well enough to understand when something doesn't "feel" right, using your intuition to make the right choice to get it checked out.

To often as we get older or busy with our day to day lives, we can try to "tough-out" these often times minor little symptoms/signals our bodies are trying to give/tell us that something is not right. Learn to listen your body!

Your heart is the most important muscle in your body!

It needs to be Strong!

Without working it out and making it "pump" it can get "weak". Be sure to raise your heart rate for 30 minutes a day, if possible, to help build your heart muscle to stay "Strong"!!!
