During Your Personal Distant Reiki Energy Healing Session, you will schedule a Date and Time that works Best for You from my Personal Scheduling Calendar. This 1-hour session is NOT DONE IN PERSON.
Rather, we will spend the first 30-minutes either chatting over the Phone (or) via Zoom Video Session - to discuss your reasons and specific intention for the Reiki Session. As well as, go over the remainder of the session information to get you prepared for your Distant Reiki Energy Session with me.
(You will select your Phone Call (or) Zoom Video Call Session Preference - during the Booking Process).

Once you schedule your date and time, you will receive information on - How to Prepare For and What to Expect From Your Distant Reiki Session.

After your scheduled session, you will receive a follow-up email with a PDF for Best Aftercare Practices suggesting self-care tips following your session.

How is Reiki Different Than Other Therapies?
Reiki is Holistic in its approach and works with not only the symptoms an individual experiences but the root cause of the imbalance as well. Reiki transcends time and space. It is safe and effective, as we all have life-force energy, also known as, Chi, Qi, or Prana Energy.
