Overnight Oats Recipe

RECIPE:


Overnight Oats Recipe


Prep Time - about 5 minutes

Serves 1 person


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 - cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 - cup milk**

  • 1/2 - tsp. maple syrup

  • 1/4 - tsp. vanilla extract

  • For Serving (*optional) : fresh fruit, sliced almond, or other nuts, nut butter.


Directions:


1 - Combine all ingredients into a mason jar. Seal with a lid.


2 - Refrigerate for 6 hours (or overnight), up to 3 days.


3 - Shake to mix well.

4 - Top with desired topping (*optional)


5 - Enjoy!



Tips:

*optional : fresh fruit, sliced almonds, or other nuts, nut butter. (for Topping options)

** use any of your favorite Milk Substitutes
