Overnight Oats Recipe
Prep Time - about 5 minutes
Serves – 1 person
1/2 - cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 - cup milk**
1/2 - tsp. maple syrup
1/4 - tsp. vanilla extract
For Serving (*optional) : fresh fruit, sliced almond, or other nuts, nut butter.
1 - Combine all ingredients into a mason jar. Seal with a lid.
2 - Refrigerate for 6 hours (or overnight), up to 3 days.
3 - Shake to mix well.
4 - Top with desired topping (*optional)
5 - Enjoy!
*optional : fresh fruit, sliced almonds, or other nuts, nut butter. (for Topping options)
