I love a homemade salad dressing that is easy to make and WAY Healthier than the store-bought salad dressings that are full of unhealthy additives, sugar, and sodium!

With this super simple recipe you can literally whip up a healthy homemade salad dressing in a matter of minutes with ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen!
Lemon & Olive Oil Salad Dressing
Ingredients
● ½ - cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
● 2 – tsp. Sea Salt
● 1 – tsp. Garlic, finely minced
● 1 – tsp. dried Oregano
● ½ - tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper
● 1 – cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Combine fresh lemon juice, sea salt, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Slowly add extra virgin olive oil and continue to whisk together until well blended.
3. Use immediately or can be stored for up to 2-weeks in the refrigerator.
