During your Personal Distant Reiki Energy Healing Session, you will schedule a Date and Time that works Best for You from my Personal Booking/Scheduling Calendar. This 1-hour session is NOT DONE IN PERSON. Rather, we will spend the first 30-minutes either chatting over the Phone (or) via a Zoom Video Session - to discuss your reasons and specific intention for the Reiki Session. As well as, go over the remainder of the session information to get you prepared for your Distant Reiki Energy Session with me. (You will select your Phone Call (or) Zoom Video Call Session Preference - during the Booking Process). Once you schedule your date and time, you will receive information on how to prepare for and what to expect from your Reiki Session. After your scheduled session, you will receive a follow-up email with a PDF for Best Aftercare Practices suggesting self-care tips following your session. Every Session includes ~ Your Personal Reiki Session Kit! Your Personal Reiki Session Kit includes all of the items I use during your Personal Distant Reiki Energy Healing Session - to keep as your very own! I will mail Your Personal Reiki Energy Session Kit to you at the address you provide during checkout after your scheduled session with me. Your Personal Distant Reiki Session Kit Includes: · Your Personal Distant Reiki Energy Session - Client Form & Notes · Your own Affirmation Oracle Card (I intuitively pull for you before your session begins). · The remainder of the Palo Santo stick I used for your session. (So, yes, it will be slightly burned/used already from when I cleared the energy for your session). · 1 - Polished Heart-Shaped Crystal (1” size) (make your own selection at time of booking.) (Opalite, Lapis Lazuli, Green Aventurine, Black Obsidian.) = current options to select from ** All Items are used specifically and only for - Your Personal Distant Reiki Energy Session! * Distant Reiki Sessions are highly effective for reducing mental stress, physical pain, and built-up tension throughout your body. Also, often times increasing mental clarity, and insights regarding issues one may be currently struggling with and wanting to resolve.
