Basil Pesto Pasta Recipe

RECIPE Basil Pesto Pasta


Ingredients

  • 2 cups basil leaves

  • 2 TBS grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 TBS pine nuts, toasted & cooled

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 400 gr pasta - (1 box)

Preparation

  • Cook pasta in boiling water as the packet direction, drain

  • In processor combine basil, parmesan, garlic, pine nuts until smooth

  • While the motor is running add, oil, salt & black pepper

  • Add pesto to pasta & gently toss

  • ENJOY!
