Forget the extreme diets and confusing labels. Eating well starts with small steps you can stick with.


Start where you are. You don’t need a kitchen full of organic ingredients to begin. Look at what you’re already eating and make one healthier swap.


>> White rice? Try mixing it with brown rice.

>> Sugary drinks? Start by adding more water.


Progress is better than perfection.


Keep it balanced, not perfect. Healthy eating isn’t about cutting out everything you love. It’s about finding a balance that works for you. Craving fries? Enjoy them — just pair them with a side of greens next time.


You’re not “failing” if you eat a cookie.


You’re living. Balance > Guilt.


A simple way to check your meal? Look at the colors.


The more natural colors on your plate, the better. Think leafy greens, orange carrots, purple cabbage, and red tomatoes.


Make your plate colorful. A colorful plate = a variety of nutrients.

Healthy eating is a journey, not a finish line. You don’t have to overhaul everything overnight.
