Here are some tips for taking care of yourself…


  1. Sleep Schedule ~ Make sure to get enough rest. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night. 

  2. Rest Time ~ Take breaks throughout the day to recharge and refocus. 

  3. Fun Activities ~ Engage in activities that bring you joy, such as reading, listening to music, or spending time in nature. 

  4. Exercise ~ Prioritize your physical and mental health by exercising, eating nutritious foods, and seeking support when needed.
