Immunity


Aim for fresh fruits and vegetables, at least 5 to 8 servings (cups) per day, high-fiber grains and plant-based sources of protein.


Foods high in antioxidants (vitamin C and E), minerals (zinc, copper, selenium), anti-inflammatories and high in polyphenols are known to aid with immunity.
