Ready in 1 hour

Serves 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 - Apples - peeled and chopped

  • 2 - TBS. Granulated Sugar

  • 1 3/4 - tsp. Cinnamon, divided

  • 1 1/2 - tsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1 - cup Brown Sugar

  • 3/4 - cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 3/4 - cup flour

  • 1/2 - cup cold butter, diced in cubes

  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Butter (or spray) an 8x8 baking dish. Set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, add chopped apples, granulated sugar, 3/4 tsp. of the cinnamon, and the lemon juice. Stir until well combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish.

  5. Spread topping over apples in baking dish, gently even out over the top.

  6. Bake in preheated over for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm and ENJOY!
