This delicious Ginger Dressing tastes just like your favorite Japanese Restaurants Classic Ginger Dressing!

Here's another tried-and-true salad dressing that you can make at home and have ready in a matter of minutes! It's super easy to make and much healthier than the store-bought salad dressings that are full of unhealthy ingredients.

I don't know about you... But, I LOVE GINGER!!! This salad dressing is so delicious over salad, that I always have a batch made up in the fridge during my Summer Salad Season!
Restaurant Style Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
1 1/2 - cups Carrots, peeled and chopped
2 - stalks Celery, chopped
1/4 - Yellow Onion, chopped
2 - TBS. Ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 - cup + 2 TBS. - Avocado Oil
1/4 - cup Coconut Aminos
3 - TBS. Rice Wine Vinegar
2 - tsp. Coconut Sugar
3/4 - tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 - tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until fully incorporated. The dressing should be thick.
Season further to taste, if desired.
Store in the fridge to serve over salad.
