Cabbage Carrot Parsley Pepper Juice
Ingredients
● ½ - head Cabbage
● 1 – large Carrot
● 1 – Bell Pepper, red, orange or yellow
● 1 – handful fresh Parsley
● ½ - inch fresh Ginger, peeled
● ½ tsp - Turmeric
Preparation
1. Juice cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, parsley and ginger together.
2. Stir Turmeric directly into juice until well blended.
3. Pour into desired glass and Enjoy!
Ready in 10 minutes
Serves 1 person (or) about 12 oz.
