When I Changed These 3 Things…

I Saw & Felt the Massive Change in my Health

1. Quality Sleep ~ Small changes can have a great impact on your quality of sleep. Try getting an average of 8 hours of sleep nightly. Be as consistent as possible with your sleep schedule. Comfortable bedding, blocking out light, reducing noise, and keeping the room temperature cool are all key adjustments and easy to make, to improve your sleep quality.

2. Drinking Water ~ I used to never drink just plain water. I’d drink coffee, iced tea, or anything but just water. Once I began drinking water daily as part of my daily routine I started seeing and feeling changes within my body and appearance pretty quickly. Proper hydration improves brain function, increases your energy, supports proper digestion, cleanses your body of toxins and waste products.

3. Nutrition ~ Ensuring you’re eating a balanced diet is essential for optimal health. Paying attention to what’s in your food is vital for your health and wellbeing. Food additives can be extremely harmful to your body and overall health. Personally, I think paying attention to the ingredients listed is far more important than worrying about the carbs and calorie count.

There are many other important factors when it comes to improving your overall health and wellbeing.

But these 3 are at the top of “my list” as a good stepping-stone to begin your journey towards improving your Health and Wellness
